As I walked into the ELO room I saw Taran work diligently on his online class as he always does. He is in the zone so I hate to interrupt him, but I do it anyway. In his usual manner, he nonchalantly turned around and began to answer my questions.
What are somethings you enjoyed about your time at LW?"Umm its a nice small school so we have like a lot of intrapersonal, just we all connect, we all know everybody, we all are pretty interwoven "
What was your fav class at LW?"That's pretty hard cause there so many different things in the different classes it's hard to quantify them against each other. Because you know there's the awesome parts of math class, but they are so different from say the fun parts of say channel 3. It's like a entirely different sort of thing that you are doing and enjoying."

Any class you wish LW offered?
"AP chemistry might be nice. It's just another ap course that we could take that would provide us with more opportunities, I mean I realize that that would be really hard to work in so not like saying that that is a reasonable expectation, just like a might be nice sort of thing. other than that we actually have a pretty good selection of classes especially for such a small school"
What is a success story/something you are proud of?
"I am pretty proud of getting into the ASP, that was like a good program that helped me alot. And that I would advise future students to take. It definitely set me on course to finding good colleges."
Is there any specific teacher you liked or that has inspired you? "I was pretty inspired of the group as a whole, they all taught me different things and again it’s like the same issue with the trying to pick a favorite class, they taught such different things, it's hard to say that one had any more value. "
What advice do you have for any younger student?"Uhh shoot…. Take the better courses. It's worth the extra struggle. It looks good on a application and makes you feel good about what you did and I means a even if you get a slightly lower grade because it's harder it's worth the extra effort. Also I suggest making a friend in every grade above you sp that way you know what it going to be like, It just will really help you see what your coming up to and what your going to have to be ready for.
