On one cold dreadful morning, there was a lone soul who walks our halls, not quite the talker, but once you got her going, she could talk to you for days. You name it, the time the place the subject, she had something to say, and whenever I heard Alyssa talk, I listened because she always had something interesting to comment on.

What are some things you’ve enjoyed about your time here at Lin-Wood?
I liked working with Webster in CSI Class. The class was one of the best, and it got me started on Forensic Science. I had always known that I wanted to go into that field, but I needed some experience first. And I got it with Web's class.
What are some regrets you have?
My academic regrets are that my freshman year didn't start off good. From that year on, I never really kept any good grades, but my Senior year has been very good, so far with me having A's and B's. A social regret I have is that I'm not a very social person with the rest of my class. I only really have a few friends in my own class and the rest are in years below me. Friends like Colleen and Jordan in Sophomore year and Junior year, and Ally and Wyatt became my friends in my Senior class.
How could you have been more involved?I could of liked being around more people. Most of the time, I go home to read or watch Netflix instead of going out with people.
What was your favorite class here at Lin-Wood?I would have to say that Digital Publishing is my favorite class here. Not because of designing the Yearbook but because of the teacher. Mrs. Luce is an awesome teacher, and I'm glad to have her for my three years on Yearbook.

Was there any class or program you wish Lin-Wood offered?
I would have to say that I wish that Mr. Webster still offered his CSI class. I would love to take it over again just so that I can get the hands on experience that my online Forensic Science class doesn't offer.
What is your success story?
I would have to say that I'm proud that for two years, my Yearbook class won Yearbook of year award.
What will you miss when you leave home or just leave Lin-Wood?
If I were to leave this school, I would miss the small school atmosphere and the close knit of the classes. When I leave home, I would definitely miss all my family and friends.
Do you have any advice for Devon?
Take your classes more seriously than they look.
